The Company's primary servers are located in Taiwan, with possible use of cloud data centers in Singapore, Japan, and the United States for fault tolerance and backup purposes.
We utilize international-grade service providers such as Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services, and explicitly require compliance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and data protection regulations in outsourcing contracts.
Third-Party Information Sharing
We will not sell, exchange, or rent your personal data to third parties unless under the following circumstances:
With explicit consent from the data subject
As required by law (e.g., judicial investigations, tax authorities)
When commissioning third parties for technical, operational, or payment flow services, with confidentiality and data processing agreements in place
AI and Data Utilization Statement
Each enterprise user's data is completely isolated and will not be cross-used or mixed in processing
Unless written consent is obtained, we will not use enterprise data for model training or recommendation engine enhancement
Data used with consent will be anonymized or de-identified before use
Data Breach Notification Mechanism
In the event of a data breach, the Company will proactively notify affected users via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, and will handle and report to competent authorities according to the security incident level.

According to Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to request from the Company:
